1 Definitions & Scope

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions have specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The website, applications, and all related digital services operated by kgu9.
• "User" / "You" — Any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses or uses the services on the platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile on kgu9.

All financial transactions on the kgu9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are supported:

• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposit and withdrawal limits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

kgu9's welcome bonus and other promotional offers are provided under the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳26,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total of ৳41,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 15x, applicable on the bonus amount only.
• Example: For a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal (৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000).

Additional terms regarding bonuses:

• A bonus may only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
• kgu9 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is detected.
• All active promotions have a specific validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Wagering must be completed before winnings earned from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Fair Play & Game Rules

All games on the kgu9 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent environment. SSL encryption and fair play principles are followed to ensure technical security in game operations.

• Game outcomes are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are tested by third parties.
• Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the software is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated betting software or bots is prohibited.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity, may result in account termination.
• Exploiting any technical error in the kgu9 system is prohibited; winnings obtained in such circumstances will be considered void.

6 VIP Program & Reward Tiers

kgu9's VIP program has three tiers, determined based on player activity and loyalty:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.

A player's advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on their regular activity and active participation on the platform. kgu9 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

kgu9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Providing false information at the time of registration.
• Failure to meet the age requirement.
• Operating multiple accounts.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be made available for withdrawal after the account is closed.

8 Personal Data Protection & Privacy

9 Limitation of Liability
